Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 August 2026
This policy explains how TFP Nexus LLC ("TFP Nexus", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the website at tfpnexus.com and with Nexus Ads Manager, our internal application that connects to the Google Ads API.
Summary. This website collects no personal information. Nexus Ads Manager is used only by our own staff, only on Google Ads accounts we own or are an authorised user of. It reads advertising performance data belonging to us. It does not collect data about visitors, customers or any third party, and we sell nothing to anyone.
1. Who we are
TFP Nexus LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States (entity ID 0008083952), with its principal address at 911 E Atlantic Blvd, Ste 101, Pompano Beach, FL 33060, United States. You can reach us at contact@tfpnexus.com.
2. This website
tfpnexus.com is an informational site. It uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. We do not operate a contact form here; if you email us, we hold your message and address only for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence.
3. Nexus Ads Manager and the Google Ads API
Nexus Ads Manager is an internal tool. It is not published, distributed, resold or offered as a service. Access is limited to the company manager and operator.
When authorised, it uses the Google Ads API scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords to:
- read campaign performance data (cost, impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, ROAS, impression share, search terms) from Google Ads accounts under our own manager account;
- prepare routine maintenance changes — negative keywords, pausing underperforming ads and keywords, budget adjustments — which are shown to an operator and applied only after explicit confirmation.
The data retrieved is advertising performance data belonging to TFP Nexus LLC. It contains no personal information about end users. We do not use the Google Ads API for the App Conversion Tracking and Remarketing API.
4. Where the data goes
Data retrieved through the API is stored locally on the operator's workstation, in spreadsheets and local files, for internal analysis. It is not uploaded to any third-party service, not shared with anyone outside the company, not sold, and not used to build profiles of individuals.
Google user data obtained through the API is used solely for the internal reporting and campaign management purposes described above, and for no other purpose. It is not transferred to others except as required by law.
5. Credentials and security
OAuth refresh tokens and the API developer token are stored locally on the operator's workstation, protected by operating system level encryption, and are never shared or committed to any code repository. Access to the workstation is restricted to the company manager and operator.
6. Retention and deletion
Local performance data is retained only while useful for internal analysis and deleted when it no longer is. Authorisation can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page, which immediately ends the tool's access.
7. Children
Our services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly process any data relating to them.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new date at the top.
