Nexus Ads Manager
Nexus Ads Manager is the internal application that TFP Nexus LLC uses to report on and manage its own Google Ads accounts through the Google Ads API.
Purpose of this application. Nexus Ads Manager reads advertising performance data from Google Ads accounts owned by TFP Nexus LLC, turns it into daily reporting, and prepares routine account maintenance for a human operator to approve. It exists so that a small team can run campaigns across several markets without doing every check by hand in the Google Ads interface.
What it does
- Reporting. Runs GAQL queries through the Google Ads API to pull cost, impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, ROAS, impression share and search terms, aggregated across our own accounts and markets.
- Anomaly detection. Flags when spend or conversion metrics deviate significantly from trailing averages.
- Budget monitoring. Tracks pacing against planned budgets.
- Operator-confirmed maintenance. Prepares negative keywords, pausing of underperforming ads and keywords, and budget adjustments. Every change is previewed and applied only after an operator explicitly confirms it, and is logged locally with before and after values.
Who can use it
Internal only
Access is limited to the manager and operator of TFP Nexus LLC. There is no public sign-up, no user registration and no client-facing interface.
Own accounts only
It operates solely on Google Ads accounts that TFP Nexus LLC owns or on which TFP Nexus LLC is an authorised user, under the company's own manager account.
Not distributed
The application is not published, sold, resold, licensed or offered as a service to third parties.
No end-user data
It processes advertising performance data belonging to TFP Nexus LLC. It collects no personal information about website visitors or customers.
How it accesses Google data
The application authenticates through Google OAuth 2.0 using the installed-application
flow, requesting the Google Ads API scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords.
Authorisation is granted by an authorised operator and can be revoked at any time from the
Google Account permissions page.
Data retrieved through the API is stored locally on the operator's workstation for internal analysis. It is not uploaded to third-party services, not shared outside the company and not sold. The application does not use the App Conversion Tracking and Remarketing API. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
